Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Old Spies (operated legally in the UAE by Herrmise Lifestyle LLC and in India by Oldspies Clothing Company LLP). Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding official public holidays in the UAE and India).

  • Orders placed on weekends or national holidays will be processed on the following business day.

  • If we experience a high volume of orders (such as during major product launches or festive sales), shipments may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will reach out to you via email or phone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • United Arab Emirates (UAE)

    • Delivery Time: 1 to 3 Business Days

    • Shipping Method: Standard Courier (Express options available at checkout)

  • India – Metro Cities

    • Delivery Time: 2 to 4 Business Days

    • Shipping Method: Standard Courier (Express options available at checkout)

  • India – Rest of the Country

    • Delivery Time: 4 to 7 Business Days

    • Shipping Method: Standard Courier (Express options available at checkout)

  • International Orders (GCC & Worldwide)

    • Delivery Time: 5 to 10 Business Days

    • Shipping Method: Standard International Courier (Express International available at checkout)

Please note: Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally experience slight delays during peak holiday seasons, severe weather, or customs clearance procedures.

3. Order Tracking & Confirmation

Once your order has been packed and handed over to our delivery partner, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email and SMS/WhatsApp notification containing your tracking number(s) and a direct link to the courier tracking portal. The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours of dispatch.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

  • UAE Orders: Applicable VAT is included or calculated during checkout in accordance with UAE Federal Tax Authority regulations (TRN: 105384588700003).

  • India Orders: Goods and Services Tax (GST) is included in the product price or calculated at checkout.

  • Other International Shipments: Orders shipped outside the UAE or India may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and local fees levied by the destination country once the shipment reaches your jurisdiction. Old Spies is not responsible for any customs fees or import taxes applied to your package. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please verify your delivery address, phone number, and postal code carefully before completing your order. We cannot redirect packages or replace orders sent to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping details immediately after placing an order, contact our support team right away at info@oldspies.com or via phone. Once the package has been picked up by our courier partner, address adjustments cannot be guaranteed.

6. Undelivered Packages & Re-Delivery

Our courier partners will make up to 2 to 3 delivery attempts to your provided address. If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept the order:

  • The parcel will be returned to our respective regional fulfillment warehouse in Dubai or Bengaluru.

  • Additional re-shipping charges may apply to re-dispatch the package.

7. Damages, Lost Parcels & Issues in Transit

  • Damaged in Transit: If you receive your package in damaged condition or if items are missing, please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods. Contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery at info@oldspies.com with photos of the damaged box, shipping label, and contents.

  • Lost Shipments: If your tracking indicates delivered but you have not received your package, or if the shipment has stopped updating for more than 7 business days, notify us immediately so we can open an investigation with the carrier.
